"Church hurt may wound your spirit, but it can’t cancel your calling. Healing begins when you reclaim your faith—not in people, but in God."

Restoration

I know many of you have been hurt by people in the church and, because of that pain, you’ve given up — not just on church, but on your faith. But hear me clearly: don’t give up on God.

We don’t wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, powers, and the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places (Ephesians 6:12). That means the real fight isn’t against the person who hurt you — it’s against the evil spirit working through them.

The enemy will use anyone he can to pull you away from your purpose, your peace, and your promise. That’s why it’s so important to stay connected to the right ministry — one that teaches truth, love, and accountability.

And how do you know if it’s the right one?
By knowing the Word of God for yourself.

Study to show yourself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth (2 Timothy 2:15).

Don’t just listen — study.
Don’t just hear — test the spirit.

The Bible says, “Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God; because many false prophets are gone out into the world” (1 John 4:1).

God wants to heal you, strengthen you, and bring you back into alignment with His purpose. The hurt may have come from people, but your healing will come from Him.
